History

Affordable Comfort, Inc. has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area since 1996. In 2008 Duncan Heating and Air Conditioning was acquired by Affordable Comfort. Duncan Heating and Air Condition had been operating in Greater Cincinnati since 1962.

Jeff Schafer, owner, has over 29 years of experience in heating and cooling repairs and installations. Jeff operated Affordable Comfort for multiple years as a home-based business. In 1996, Jeff established Affordable Comfort, Inc. with operations headquartered at 3291 North Bend Road in the Monfort Heights/White Oak area.
